I earned a degree in environmental engineering from the University of Michigan and spent nearly two decades providing environmental and human health risk assessment consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. I have also been a small business owner and worked in the non-profit space. Over my career I have written extensively across various formats including grants, proposals, technical reports, published journal articles, blogs, websites, presentation decks, training materials, patents, marketing materials, press releases, and surveys. For the past two years I have focused exclusively on writing grants and found that grant writing and consulting is the perfect culmination of my experience and expertise. It provides me with the opportunity to empower organizations that are impacting the world through my writing and consulting skills. I’ve also been pretty successful at it, securing over $10 million for organizations in less than two years.
